Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia

Banksia Bloom Studio (formerly Rustic River Home) ships throughout Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Standard shipping

Queensland: $12 flat rate.
All other Australian states and territories: $15 flat rate.

Free standard shipping on eligible products totalling $165 or more

Products in our departing Fusion, Alchemy by Fusion, Milk Paint by Fusion, Annie Sloan, Pureco and Pentart ranges do not count towards the $165 free standard shipping threshold.

If your other eligible products, including IOD and Redesign with Prima, total $165 or more, you can add departing-range products to the same order and still receive free standard shipping within Australia. The qualifying product subtotal is calculated before discounts and excludes shipping. Orders below this qualifying subtotal pay the standard rates above.

Express shipping

Queensland: $18.
All other Australian states and territories: $23.

Express shipping is excluded from the free standard shipping offer. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

We process and dispatch orders as soon as possible. Estimated standard delivery is 1–7 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; delays outside our control may occur.
